ABOUT

my family has deep bagel roots.

Back in the late ’80s, my parents and my aunt and uncle started a little bagel shop in the Kansas City area called Bagel & Bagel. Over time, it grew and evolved into what you probably know as Einstein Bagels. The name changed, but the heart (and even the logo with my dad and uncle) stuck around.

Fast forward a few decades — after losing my dad, I wanted to find a way to feel close to him again and do something that brought me joy. That’s how Bagel & Son was born. It’s my way of keeping the family tradition alive and making something he’d be proud of. So here we are — carrying on the bagel legacy, one batch at a time. Thanks for all the love and support.
